01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on pk356 (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk356 Platform. Your continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use pk356, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly enforce this requirement across our platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of pk356 or any of its affiliates.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

pk356 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification) at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

03 Account Registration

When registering a pk356 account, you agree to the following:

• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one active account on pk356. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and balances may be forfeited at our sole discretion.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date registration details. Submitting false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk356 will not be liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify pk356 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
• No Account Sharing: Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

pk356 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified in the Cashier section of the Platform and are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.
• All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Deposits intended solely to qualify for bonuses without genuine play may be considered bonus abuse and handled accordingly.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification.
• pk356 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Typical processing times range from a few hours to 3 business days depending on the payment channel.

• Any attempt at fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pk356 regularly offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements as stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering conditions are satisfied in full.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• pk356 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already being actively wagered.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, hedging bets, or coordinated play may be classified as bonus abuse. pk356 may void bonuses and associated winnings in such cases.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pk356 platform — whether on cricket, PSL matches, live casino tables, slots, Andar Bahar, or any other game — are subject to the following rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the user. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any wager.
• pk356 operates using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of pk356's management is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined below.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per event. These are displayed within each game or market at the time of wagering.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or sporting event, pk356 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Odds and game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are subject to change. Current values are always displayed at the point of bet placement or game launch.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk356 platform. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any fraudulent purpose or in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or participating in any arrangement to fix the result of any event.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider after depositing on pk356.
• Abuse of Staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk356 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Underage Play: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by anyone under 21 years of age.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk356 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk356 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent.
• The pk356 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of pk356 Operations Ltd. Unauthorised use of any pk356 trademark is strictly prohibited.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk356 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations caused by a verifiable technical malfunction, which will be subject to our void-bet policy.
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of normal Platform use. Gambling involves financial risk and you acknowledge this risk fully upon registration.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on pk356, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the pk356 Platform after any amendment has been posted and communicated constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
